My journey in tailoring began in 1998.
From learning the craft to gaining experience in Japan, and eventually building my career in Australia.


After many years running my first studio, Michelle Fashions – Clothing Alterations, I felt ready to take the next step — focusing more on bridal gowns and tailored suits.


This new chapter wouldn’t have been possible without my daughter.
With her encouragement and support, I found the confidence to open The Gown & Suit Lab — a space where I can continue doing what I love, with a stronger focus on detail, fit, and quality.
